Menu

So here's today's menu. You see, it really does change all the time. My vote goes to the lamb cutlets, but that burger (also lamb) is a winner with the crowd today. Even Peter the Bike's ordered it.

The beer delivery was shockingly late today. We had to open hatch with customers in the pub. But it was worth it. In the cellar I've got Tim Taylor Landlord, Harvey's Sussex Best, Wild Hop OPA, Harviestoun Schiehallion, Wychwood Hobgoblin, Adnam's Old, Woodforde's Wherry, St Austell Proper Job and Saltaire Stein Gold.

Big Andy's coming in for a beer and a feed. I think he will probably eat the kitchen bare.
I also hope your stocked up on Old Rosie!

Oooh I had the pork chop with the mash t'other day when we had our meeting. The red wine gravy was beaut-i-ful!

Had a half of the black cat with it - hope you do get some more dark beers in - especially stouts and porters - don't see enough of them behind the bar (in any pub, not just the GMakers).

Next meeting is in January. If I know there will be something stouty (or porter) on i'll leave the car at home, train it and have more to drink - after the meeting natch! :)

Agree with comment above - Old Rosie would be appreciated by our cider-loving committee member also.

Homemade Banoffee - nice work, mate - and surprisingly goes well with loads of beers. ALso nice to some desserts on there, as stupid as it might sound, plenty of pubs do a great menu but crap desserts. This time of year, Fruit Crumble and Custard sounds awesome.
